Returns & Exchanges

At Calypso’s Island, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Our items are all handmade with the highest quality materials, and with intricate attention to detail. If any of the items in your order are incorrect or defective in any way, please contact us at 954.372.6970 or email us at customercare@calypsosisland.com

Items purchased on Calypsosisland.com may be returned to Calypso’s Island for return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order.  Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items with tags attached and returned in original packaging (Calypso’s Island box and/or pouch).

Please email customercare@calypsosisland.com for return requests. Provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than Calypsosisland.com.

Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

Items marked Special Order or Final Sale may not be returned.

Calypso’s Island does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn or had the tags removed.

Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once the item has been received at our returns processing center.

International orders shipped outside the US are non-returnable.
