How do I check the status of my order? 
We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including Tracking Number to the email address you provided when making your purchase. Please check your junk mailbox if you do not receive any email notifications regarding your order status. 

What shipping options are available? 
Currently, we ship via USPS Standard Shipping (First-Class Package Service) to the U.S., Canada, and U.S. Territories. As a convenience for our customers, we offer 2-day shipping via Fedex at an additional cost. 

Is it possible to ship to P.O. and APO/FPO/DPO boxes? 
Yes, we can ship via USPS to P.O. or APO/FPO/DPO  

Do you ship internationally? 
Yes, we do ship internationally   

What payment methods are accepted? 
We accept the following forms of payment for orders placed on CalypsosIsland.com: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Calypso’s Island gift cards. We also accept Zezzle (buy now, pay later system) 

Will my Calypso's Island purchase arrive gift wrapped? 
Your order will come in a Calypso’s Island Pouch. We offer our beautiful exclusive Calypso’s Island Wood Box for gift wrapping at an additional cost. The wood box will come inside a gift-wrapped package as well. 

How can I make returns or exchanges? 
Please view our policies on our Returns & Exchanges page for details. For products purchased through a boutique, please contact the store directly. 

Can I cancel my order? 
Regular orders may be canceled any time prior to shipping. We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for items canceled once they have been shipped. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages. 

For US orders, if you wish to cancel once an order has shipped, please accept the order and refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for instructions on how to return your order. 

Special Orders and Custom Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed into production. 

International Orders: Orders shipping to an address outside the United States, once shipped cannot be returned or cancelled. 

How do I purchase a Calypso's Island gift card? 
Calypso’s Island gift cards are available for purchase here at our online store. We welcome you to use your Calypso’s Island gift card at our online store and with a Customer Care Specialist over the phone; however, they are not accepted in Boutiques that carries Calypso’s Island Jewelry. 

Can gift card purchases on calypsosisland.com be returned? 
Yes, gift cards can be returned if they have not been used and are still in their original packaging and it is within the return timeframe of 14 days. Your gift card purchase from CalypsosIsland.com will include a return shipment label which you can use to send it back to us. Calypso’s Island gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. If you have any further questions, please contact us. 

What kinds of materials does Calypso's Island use on their jewelry? 
At Calypso’s Island we are very fastidious with hand-picking the highest quality materials ourselves. Our beads are made from a variety of precious and semi-precious stones, pearls, glass, crystals, sustainable materials such as coconut, wood, nuts, shells, coral, seeds and ethically sourced animal bone. Most of our findings and pairings are 14k gold-filled, vermeil and sterling silver. Some collections are finished with antiqued brass, pewter or stainless steel. Every piece has its materials listed within the product description in the shop. All Calypso’s Island beaded bracelets are strung on a stretch elastic cord along with our gold or silver Calypso’s Island logo charm. 

What is vermeil 
Vermeil is a combination of Sterling Silver with a layer of gold on top. To be considered vermeil, the gold must be at least 9 carat and be at least 1.5 micrometers thick. 

Does Calypso's Island use simulated or natural turquoise? 
Due to increased demand for turquoise, mines worldwide have become depleted and there is very little natural turquoise left. Because the Sleeping Beauty turquoise is particularly scarce and would make our pieces inaccessible, we have opted to use dyed and stabilized turquoise in some of our jewelry collections. This material comprises genuine natural stones that could be bound with resin, dyed, waxed or stabilized to achieve a beautiful blue hue. 

Are the products pictured actual size? 
Computer monitors vary in size, so it is impossible to show an actual size image on the Internet. We do however provide meticulous measurements and endeavor to show each piece worn by a model. View our sizing chart here. 

Do you make custom pieces? 
Yes, we make custom pieces; however, each request for custom pieces will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with inquiries. 

How do I take care of my jewelry? Can I get it wet?

My jewelry needs repair. What should I do? 
At Calypso’s Island, quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. If you should experience the need for repair on any Calypso’s Island jewelry item, please contact us. Please reference your name, address, order number and repair issue. You will be provided a Repair Authorization Number which must be clearly labeled on the package. 

Calypso’s Island will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 120 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 120 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis. Calypso’s Island does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn. 

Our Repairs Processing Center only accepts repairs for items purchased on CalypsosIsland.com. Repairs for items purchased at one of our Retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase and cannot be accepted through the CalypsosIsland.com Returns Processing Center. 

Elastic replacement on any of our elastic bracelets/necklaces is guaranteed for life. If yours broke? Please email us at customercare@calypsosisland.com for instructions.
